Making my blog + site
Well I’ve finally started the second iteration of my portfolio. I have made two previously in React and regular JS, but I wanted to expand my knowledge base and learn some Svelte.
Svelte and SvelteKit are pretty intriguing due to the way components and layouts work. Looking through the docs, I can immediately feel the thought that was put into each of the design decisions.
Of course, I haven’t gotten the chance to completely greenfield an actual project, but based on what I’ve heard about the framework so far, this is a tool that will allow me to speed through front-end and web dev work. Massive shout-out to this blog, which helped me immensely.
Especially so I can focus on what I actually want to do.
Expect content on various Unix-related technology, statistics, finance, blockchain, and math.
